On the ground floor of a new complex on the edge of Torrevieja. You look out over citrus groves, the pink salt lagoon and the mountains behind it. The beach and the boulevard are close by, but here it is mostly quiet.

The sun rises at the back: that is where you have breakfast, on the 30 m² back terrace. From noon it shines on the 26 m² front terrace, with the lounge chairs and the pool in front of you, until it sets.
