Paseo del Mar is the leisure and restaurant centre in Torrevieja harbour, opened in June 2026, and it is about a 10 minute drive from Lago Rosa Apartment.
This new part of town opened on the bay on 11 June 2026. Expect an evening of food and fun rather than an afternoon of shopping: most of the thirty or so units are restaurants and leisure venues, with a handful of shops such as Ale-Hop and Koala Bay. Many names are chains you will know, such as McDonald's, KFC and Taco Bell, alongside themed restaurants.
For a rainy day, or when the children have had enough of swimming, there are four NeoCine cinema screens and an Ozone bowling alley. Beneath the complex is a car park with about 600 spaces, which helps a lot in this part of town. Because it is so new, not every unit is filled, so the line-up may still change.
