Torrevieja market is the big Friday street market on Avenida Delfina Viudes, next to the Aquopolis water park, and it is about a 10 minute drive from Lago Rosa Apartment.
Every Friday this part of town fills up. According to the regional tourist board, the market runs on Fridays from 8.00 to 14.00, next to the water park and close to the N-332. Local market guides mention more than 500 stalls with food, clothes, shoes, household goods and accessories. It is our pick as the biggest market in the region.

Arrive between 8.00 and 9.00. From about half past nine it gets really busy and hot.

There are places by Aquopolis, on Calle Obenque and at Baleares. A bus also runs on market days if you want to avoid the crush.
