Holiday prices follow the Dutch school holidays, all regions combined.
How a request works
- Pick your dates in the calendar and send the message to Roy.
- Roy lets you know if the dates are free and sends the payment details.
- Once your 20% deposit is in, the booking is confirmed.
One-off on arrival

Payable in cash to the key holder. Arriving or leaving between 22.00 and 7.00 adds € 30. On 25 and 26 December, 31 December and 1 January it is € 50 extra.
The security deposit is € 300. You get it back within 14 days of departure. Also read the terms.
Electricity: 100 kWh per week is included. Above that you pay € 0.26 per kWh.
